California Custom Sport Trucks (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) with the support of Ford Motor Company has partnered to create the Summit Edition Expedition to be featured at the 2003 SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV November 4th-November 7, 2003.

The 2003 Ford Expedition XLT FX4 4x4 and follow a sportsman’s theme that will demonstrate the ability of a vehicle for active lifestyles that can function as daily driver.

The Summit Expedition will feature a Steve Stanford paint design applied with PPG colors by Ravenswood Custom Paint and Body (Dania, FL). The interior of the Expedition will be clad with two-tone Katzkin leather and an Audiovox multimedia system. A Truck Vault will be installed to secure any valuables or firearms and an overhead fishing rod rack will store the rods and reels out of the way. The truck will have a lift kit installed, step bars, grille guard and winch with Piaa fog lights. A safari roof rack will handle any extra cargo on top. Billet Specialties wheels will be shod with BFG’s new 18” mud terrain tires. A Hidden Hitch tow package will help haul the payload. Performance will be accomplished by installing a supercharger on top of the 5.4ltr V8; an Airaid intake will help it breathe. JBA stainless coated headers and a B&B stainless cat back exhaust system will relieve the back pressure. A JET Performance module will squeeze out all the extra horsepower.
